QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
(Based in Solo, Central Java)
The purpose of this position is to manage the end to end production of our new uniforms collection directly in production factory.
Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-production meeting, sample checking, in-line, end-line and final inspection
Conduct in-line and final product inspections according to the well defined criteria & provide solutions to solve the quality issue,
Accurately document the results of the inspections
Ensure finished products are in compliance with design specifications & meet quality standards, in the garment factory
Satisfaction of our customers on items ordered
Driving continuous improvement with the Supplier
Recommending and implementing initiatives in line with saving
Understanding contractual obligations and ensure compliance
Working with our Countries Clients in charge of this uniforms collection to ensure supplier performance management and compliance
Communicating effectively and timely with all levels of direct management
Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility. (KPI: Key Performance Indicators)
Requirements:
University graduate
1-2 year experience as Quality Inspector & Product Development
Posses experience in garment, uniform will be an advantage
Logistic experience will be a plus
Fluent in English language with the ability to communicate at all level with good written, verbal and reporting skills
